What it is

Public websites scatter this material across DMAS manuals, the Virginia Administrative Code, VDH licensure pages, and MCO provider portals. Regulation search puts those document sets in one index so you can search by keyword, chapter, or phrase.

It is a member benefit. If you are not a member, this page is the case for joining — not a back door into the library.

  • DD (Developmental Disabilities) Waiver materials used by personal care agencies
  • Virginia Administrative Code sections that govern Medicaid personal care
  • Virginia Department of Health home care organization licensure regulations
  • Electronic visit verification (EVV) requirements as they apply to personal care
  • MCO provider manuals and notices that VAPCP has indexed for members

When DMAS or an MCO issues a replacement chapter, the association updates the index. That is part of what dues pay for.
