We had a great first quarterly meeting with DMAS for 2025! These meetings are a vital part of what VAPCP does behind the scenes to support providers. To find out what was discussed, become a VAPCP member! We email our membership a briefing after each DMAS meeting.
By meeting with DMAS leadership, we can address key issues facing providers and ensure we’re the first to know about any upcoming changes that will impact us and our members.

2025 Spring Conference- Save the Date!
At VAPCP, we are constantly working to raise awareness about the challenges facing Virginia’s home care providers. One of the biggest hurdles we face is the lack of a long-overdue increase in Medicaid reimbursement rates.
Today, our advocacy efforts were highlighted in the Richmond Times-Dispatch, where a VAPCP board member penned a Letter to the Editor urging policymakers to take action. Without proper funding, providers struggle to maintain services, and vulnerable Virginians risk losing access to the care they need.
