Day on the Hill #2- January 31, 2025

Day on the Hill #2- January 31, 2025

This morning, the Virginia Association of Personal Care Providers (VAPCP) was back at the Virginia Assembly to advocate for the future of home care. Our team met with 14 legislators, sharing the urgent need for a reimbursement rate increase to ensure continued access to quality care for those who rely on personal care services.

What’s Next?

Advocacy doesn’t stop here! VAPCP will continue engaging with policymakers, sharing real stories from providers and caregivers, and pushing for the necessary changes. Your voice matters, too! If you’re a provider, caregiver, or family member impacted by these challenges, we encourage you to reach out to your legislators and share your experiences. We make it easy using our Advocacy page!
